How to File a Claim

If you need assistance please call Factory Protection Plus at 517-278-1227 Monday through Friday during the hours of 9:00AM to 5:00PM [EST] and ask for the Power Train Protection Department.

Please gather the following information prior to submitting a warranty request.

  1. Suspension Kit Information (Brand, Part Number(s), Tire and Wheel Size)
  2. Place of Purchase (The name of the Company/Dealer you purchased from, Zip/Postal Code and phone number)
  3. Installer Information (if different from Place of Purchase)
  4. Proof of Purchase (Reciept)
  5. Vehicle Information (Year, Make, Model, VIN, Odometer, Purchase Date, In-Service Date)

THE PROGRAM

A 5 year 60,000/100,000 mile* warranty is available for ALL participating brand vehicle suspension systems as long as the vehicle is less than 5 years old from the date of manufacture and the mileage is less than 60,000/100,000 miles.* The protection applies to any participating brand eligible suspension systems purchased on or after November 1st, 2018.

 

* Mileage is based on the vehicles Factory Powertrain Warranty.
